Spreadsheet format & sample templates
Keep column names in the first row. Each product uses one row. Format all product cells as text to preserve codes such as 00123. Formulas, dates and numeric cells must be replaced with explicit text values.
Required: product_code, product_name, specification, image_filename.
Optional: model, description, color, material, category. Other columns are flagged for review.
Image names must include a .jpg, .jpeg or .png extension. Photos will be connected in the next stage.

Screen previews use thumbnails. PDF preparation uses your original photos and removes photo metadata. Text stays complete; long content may use more pages.

What is included & how to share
You receive one HTML file with all product information (including photo filenames), company and contact details, and resized photos. It does not include your original spreadsheet or original photo files.
Open the downloaded file in a browser to view and search it without an internet connection. Sending the file shares the complete catalog. Search and category filters do not remove products from the downloaded file.
This app does not upload or publish your catalog. Keep downloaded copies safely and delete them on your device when no longer needed. Clearing the app cannot delete copies you have saved or shared.

Print settings & privacy
Use A4, portrait, 100% scale and no margins. Turn browser headers and footers off to keep URLs and dates out of your catalog. For the intended colors, enable background graphics.
The saved PDF contains the product and company details shown in your preview. Keep and share it carefully. Clearing the app cannot delete files already saved on your device.
Prepared print images are cleared when the print dialog closes, when you cancel, change the catalog or leave the page, and after 5 minutes of inactivity. The app cannot tell whether you saved or canceled the browser dialog.
If no dialog opens, clear the prepared PDF and retry in a desktop Chrome or Edge browser. You can cancel without re-entering your catalog details.
